Bush Hidaway.

We have a rustic but very cosy studio for rent. Nestled among eucalyptus and looking out onto a birch grove this little cabin is perfect as a studio or office. This property has one main house which is used as a weekender and this cabin which is rarely used. Once or twice a year the whole family comes up and we might sleep a couple people in the cabin as well which is why we are not renting it out as a full time dwelling. The property has views all the way down to the city and is about a 10 min walk into the thriving metropolis of Kinglake (one pub, one pizza joint!). The shed would be suitable as a live in studio for music or writing etc. The neighbours are a fair way away so there is lots of privacy. The main house on the property is often used on weekends and is within sight of the cabin so you would occasionally see kids and dogs on the weekend but during the week the whole property is yours to roam. The block sits on top of the kinglake ranges and is bordered by the Kinglake National Park so there is almost limitless (untracked) bush to explore.
